This cacao won us over with its bold fruity and woody notes underlying a deep chocolate flavour. The last thing that this cacao is, is subtle. Grown and processed at the foothills of the Anamalai hills, under coconut and banana trees, it's a labour of love. We find it a symbol of Tamil Nadu itself - bright and bold.

Shelf life
Tastes vibrant and fresh till 45 days from the date of grinding. Flavours begin mellowing after 30 days. It can be consumed safely within 2 years from the date of grinding if stored in proper conditions.
Storage instructions
- Unwrap and store in a cool and dark place; back of pantry in a separate container is ideal
- Stays best somewhere between 8°C-18°C
- Keep away from heat and direct sunlight
